Introducing coaching culture

The goal of the programme is to raise the level of participative management and coaching culture within a year, and consequently to increase the level of accountability for one’s work at the lower levels of employee hierarchy.

The programme for the introduction of coaching culture envisages working with 4 levels of employee hierarchy  

Work with Sponsors: How to integrate coaching in an organisation’s strategy and how to assist the rest of the organisation to change the model of management and operation 

Work with Change Agents: Developing advanced coaching skills, tools and models for the transfer of knowledge in the field of coaching  

Work with Managers and Leaders: Acquiring the basic coaching skills in work with the employees  

Work with the employees: Informing them about the benefits of coaching culture and the changes in the manner of operation due to the introduction of coaching culture
