Privacy Policy

LQ d.o.o. from Zagreb, Petrova 80 (hereinafter: LQ) is in charge of the Users’ personal data collection that are administered within the framework of this Privacy Policy.

LQ – processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the non-application of Directive 95/46 / EC ("General Data Protection Regulation") and the Implementation Act of the General Data Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 42/2018). The personal data processed is information received from the User. This includes personal information such as the User’s first and last name, e-mail, postal address, phone number, and cell phone.

REASONS FOR DATA COLLECTION

Personal data is collected in order to facilitate responses to your inquiries

Users who fill out the contact form on the LQ website may give personal information such as their name, surname and email address, postal address, phone number and cell phone. This personal information is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiries.

Personal data is collected for marketing purposes

The following personal information -- the user's first + last name and email address -- may be collected for the purpose of sending newsletters and promotional messages about the services provided by LQ.
LQ, when processing personal data for direct marketing purposes (newsletters), requires the User to explicitly request the processing of personal data. The User may withdraw the Privilege at any time by sending an e-mail to: kontakt@lq.hr or using the opt-out to receive marketing information in each LQ electronic message of this type of content (select this option via link).

Personal information and website visit

The LQ website uses Google Analytics (GA) to track site visits and user interactions on that same page. We use this information to analytically monitor the user's interest in specific webpage contents in order to improve the site. Although GA monitors parameters such as geographic location, type of accessing device, Internet browser, and operating system, this data does not reveal the user as a person. GA also records the IP address of the user. We consider Google to be a third party, and their data processing principles are explained on their website.

Processing of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the legal obligations

The personal data of the Users can be processed for the purpose of meeting the legal obligations imposed by public authorities. This includes in particular (i) information processing to meet tax and accounting obligations and (ii) disclosure of information requested by public authorities, including courts, on the basis of and within the framework of the generally applicable provisions (e.g., for the purpose of exercising the rights of LQ, other Users or third parties , including intellectual property rights).

Processing personal data in order to achieve the legitimate interests of LQ or a third party

Personal data such as the name, surname and email address of its business associates and regular clients are processed for the purpose of achieving the legitimate interests of LQ, provided that such legitimate interests do not interfere with the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the Users and / or third parties.

ACCESS TO DATA

LQ may grant access to the personal data of the Users for:

1) A third party that enables LQ to provide consultancy services and implementation of projects for customers
Services that may be required are, for example, providing infrastructure and IT services, providing customer support, website optimization, accounting services, and legal aid services.
2) To the authorities, including the courts, regulatory bodies and other public authorities
Personal data shall be provided to the bodies concerned to the extent necessary to: (a) fulfill legal obligations relating to LQ; (b) protect and exercise the rights of LQ, other Users or third parties, including intellectual property rights; (c) ensure the safety of LQ, other users or third parties;

USER RIGHTS

The user may apply to LQ to request the following rights:

1) The right to access and correct of his / her personal data;
2) the right to stop the processing of his / her personal data for marketing purposes;
3) the right to object to the processing of personal data where personal data is processed for the purpose of achieving the legitimate interests of LQ or third parties;
4) the right to delete personal data in the event that personal data is no longer required, the user withdraws consent for activities which are the basis for data being processed, and there is no other legal basis for processing it, or if the personal data is being processed without a legal basis

DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING

The personal data which is processed to respond to the User's inquiries, such as data processed in order to send newsletters and promotional messages, will be collected until the User revokes the privilege.

LEGAL REMEDY

In the event of a violation of your personal data processing rights, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency or contact kontakt@lq.hr to resolve the situation as soon as possible. If we notice any unauthorized use of the data collected through this website, we will immediately notify the competent authorities and take all necessary action to remove this violation. We believe that everyone has the right to privacy and the protection of personal data, and that it is our duty to protect the information entrusted to us. We will not sell or publicly disclose your information.
